Aims An on-call email system was put in place to facilitate communication between wards and the doctor, allowing prioritisation of duties according green, amber red tasks. There increase requests inappropriate tasks defined as non-urgent per guidelines. Conclusion Better can ensured use SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) forms. Mutual sharing doctors, nursing staff administration regard appropriate written constitute base structural change improvement workplace. New members doctors should inducted regards process communication. Regular re-auditing results essential monitoring compliance.
